I like taking pictures.
Duh. And I suppose if we were talking about my preferences, I would say that I prefer them to be complimentary. Everyone wants to look good for the camera. I've learned, through trial and error and the wonderful development of digital cameras, the art of posing and what angles and looks are the most flattering. If you know me at all, you can duplicate my signature pose. But the one thing I have not mastered and will never be able to overcome, is face control in the heat of competition. Of course I should never even try to master such a thing, but when I am presented with photos of myself while I am running and jumping, they make me want to scream...into a pillow. I decided recently to add some more action shots to my website and facebook, and as I'm perusing through my available photos, I simply had to just stop and chuckle to myself. I look ridiculous. So much so that I thought what better way to enjoy these masterpieces than sharing them with the whole world. So here you go world...it's me caught in action without the benefit of a delete button. Mom, I still hope you love me!
*jumping pics will always get you
*seriously...they say you're supposed to keep your face relaxed
*I guess i wasn't quite ready for the sand.
*Ok, I'm buff but not THAT buff.
*Can it get any worse?
*Oh wait...
*Apparently so!
Go ahead and pick the best...or the worst...depending how you look at it!

LOL! This is why people are such fans of your blog/website! It's obvious that you're a very beautiful woman but you don't take yourself too seriously!
ok I was going to say that the first sand picture was the worst looking one because of your buck teeth....
but then I got to that last picture and was ROLLING!
why do you look like an old lady? atleast we know what you'll look like at 80! hahahaha
Bri,
Honestly, I've watched you run and jump and the "ugly" only lasts a split second. But, if you have a camera like mine that takes about 8 pictures a second, that "split" could last a lifetime :-)
But your fans will love you anyway!
Okay, to be quite honest with you, although this post was about your "facial expressions". The only thing that I noticed in your pictures is that insane rock body of yours. Wow! I'm am beyond jealous! Will you be my health and workout coach?? Oh please!
Did the picture Brian posted my my web page spark this flashback through photos? Sorry if it did but you know they say you are only truly comfortable with yourself when you see a bad picture and laugh (instead of hitting the delete button)(BTW-I'm not quite there yet ... I use the delete button often)
Hahahaha!! I'm DYING!!! Those are the worst EVER!! That's why I love you!!
I'm with Brit. I chuckled on a few of those picturs but that last one had me DYING laughing!! Then I fell out again when I read Brit's comment!!
Love you!
Nikki I'm still laughing. It doesn't even look like her....OMG hahahaha
LOL...yes, the last picture really does take the cake. I'm going to blame it on the photographer!
I am available for personal training but I'm warning you your diet will include lots of chocolate and french fries!
oh yea...dara that was my reminder! :)
@Bri, sign me up for that plan! Seriously though, what sort of basic advice might you recommend for the rather fit and athletic yet not superhuman among us?
You're brave for sure...lol
But still, we know you clean up well girl!

At least your abs look good.
Marcus
Hhhmmm... you can always go into Body Building when you decide to end "running and jumping" career. What a body! smh.
Pictures tell a thousand stories. lol
Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm dying.
WHY?!
Bri, aren't those you wearing in the 2nd photo (Eugene08) a pair of sprint spikes?!?
If so, why?
Ciao
Ale
I think they are jump spikes...that pair just happens to look just like the sprint pair as well. I have been known to jump in sprint spikes though in the past.
