The Facebook Experience

I've decided to change the way I Facebook. It's not a big change, really, but what it will do is let me connect with more people (I was at the profile page max) and share more of myself and my journey. So, if we were already Facebook friends, you'll now notice that I have a page instead of a profile and I've found a way for you to "LIKE" me without your active participation. It's kind of tricky on my part but at the same time, it saves you the trouble and deep down I know you wanted to anyway. If we weren't friends, I'm inviting you now to connect with me and make sure you aren't missing out on anything life changing. Things you will experience on my Facebook page include…

…Finding out where I'm at in the world and when I compete.
…Get notifications about Blog updates.
…View pictures and videos from my adventures.
…Have questions answered and be involved in discussions related to my sport.
…Lots more cool stuff I haven't thought of yet.

And if none of those reasons seem worth it, just do it because I asked nicely. Please make sure you stop on by and let me know what you think.

***my landing page was created by the lovely Tiffini at tiffiniink.com. It's kind of awesome, isn't it?!!

The link for "Tiffini" is not working. Should the second "i" be an "a"?

Love the FB page.

As your mental coach I'd like to get you now in the right frame of mind.

I'm happy you had a nice little vacation in the big Apple!

Vacation over!

The memories you have of this little "distraction" need to be erased from your mind. "Dreams are made"...no no no...distractions at best and like poison.

No time off. Get you little hiney into intense workouts. The time is now! You settle and start dreaming of street vendor hot dogs, cosmo's, or any of that crap and you not hungry!

Time is now,...get back into workouts, keep tone, keep strong, tone the craft.

It is a craft...you are a jumper. If you don't respect the craft as hungry ass bitch, rule the world mentality, you not respecting the craft.

Get focused in practice. Get your head on the right path. It is a build up....day by day to make sure your body is in the right place. Don't over do it. You know by now what is required.

Then, "Meets are won in practice, not at the meet"...have fun. Enjoy it. You've earned it. Down low and cool, with a fire inside.

xoxo
